Authentic Indian Yoga (this practice is suitable for prenatal students)
The kriya is designed to cleanse the 72,000 nadis, open sushumna and the seven chakras thus allowing kundalini energy to awaken and rise.
MDS- Meru Danda Suddhi is a series of simple movements to align your spine. Once the spine is in alignment most discomforts of the body are released.
A few asanas are incorporated and pranayama will follow.

Gentle Yoga
Gentle Yoga is designed for relaxation of mind, body and breath. Focusing on releasing tension, tightness and stress.
It is gentle and slow paced for maximum benefit. Leaves you centered, connected, restored and refreshed.
Class will end a in deep relaxation “savasana”.
Gentle Yoga is suitable for everyone seeking flexibility at any age and any level of experience.

Hatha Yoga- Himayalan Style 
The meditative practice of Hatha Yoga attempts to create balance in the opposing energies thru controlled breathing and calming the mind through relaxation.
During our practice your internal organs will be massaged and toned assisting in the prevention of diseases.
We will focus on your breath, body and mind seeking the stillness by connecting with our breath, our bodies and our mind.
The class will end with a deep relaxation or “savasana”. Connecting you to your innermost essence where joy, peace, gratitude and love reside.
Hatha yoga is suitable for everyone and every body.
