Himalayan Style yoga is a meditative yoga practice.  Hatha Yoga attempts to create balance in the opposing energies thru controlled breathing and calming the mind through relaxation.
During our practice your internal organs will be massaged and toned assisting in the prevention of diseases.
We will focus on your breath, body and mind seeking the stillness by connecting with our breath, our bodies and our mind.
The class will end with a deep relaxation or “savasana”. Connecting you to your innermost essence where joy, peace, gratitude and love reside.
Hatha yoga is suitable for everyone and every body.
